All claims for shortage, damage of shipment errors must be made within 3 days of receipt of shipment. Before returning any item, you must fill out a RMA request form for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). No returns, of any type, will be accepted without an RMA number. The RMA number must match the product authorized for return. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days and all returns must be received within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number. Opened and non-defective product returned will be charged a minimum 15% restocking fee. Defective products will be accepted for exchange or full refund. You are responsible for all shipping costs of all returns. Special order items may be returned for replacement only. No refunds. Only Un-opened product maybe returned for refund. E-Drwendy.com will not accept the return of any product that has been opened. In the case of all returns, for any reasons, the returned product(s) must be 100% complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original packaging. We reserve the rights to refuse a return or charge additional fees on any product that does not meet these requirements. Shipping charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by E-Drwendy.com. Original packing slip or invoice must be included and the RMA number visible on the shipping label. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial forfeiture of your refund. All returns must be shipped via UPS, Federal Express, or any other carrier that issues a tracking number. Please make sure the package is properly insured. Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds to be processed and credited to your account.
